ALAB is an independent, third-party conformity assessment body specialising in the accreditation of test laboratories and calibration laboratories and is managed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011. ALAB operates through staff employed by the company and by personnel who are directly contracted by the company.

During the course of our work, we gather information about our clients and about their businesses which must be kept confidential. As a trusted third-party, the maintenance of privacy principles is of utmost importance to ALAB, our personnel and our clients.

Our privacy principles comply with the Australian Privacy Principles as defined by the Australian Government's Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
